எண்ணாகமம் அத்தியாயம் 3

சீனாய் மலையில் கர்த்தர் மோசேயோடே பேசின நாளிலே, ஆரோன் மோசே என்பவர்களுடைய வம்சவரலாறாவது:

These also are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that the LORD spake with Moses in mount Sinai.

ஆரோனுடைய குமாரர், முதல் பிறந்தவனாகிய நாதாப், அபியூ, எலெயாசார், இத்தாமார் என்பவர்களே.

And these are the names of the sons of Aaron; Nadab the firstborn, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்கிறதற்கு அவனால் பிரதிஷ்டை செய்யப்பட்டு அபிஷேகம் பெற்ற ஆசாரியரான ஆரோனுடைய குமாரரின் நாமங்கள் இவைகளே.

These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests which were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office.

நாதாபும் அபியூவும் சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்தில் அந்நிய அக்கினியைக் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் கொண்டுவந்தபோது, கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் மரித்துப்போனார்கள்; அவர்களுக்குப் பிள்ளைகள் இல்லை; எலெயாசாரும் இத்தாமாருமே தங்கள் தகப்பனாகிய ஆரோனுக்கு முன்பாக ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்தார்கள்;

And Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD, when they offered strange fire before the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children: and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priest's office in the sight of Aaron their father.

கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

நீ லேவிகோத்திரத்தாரைச் சேர்த்து, அவர்கள் ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனுக்குப் பணிவிடை செய்யும்படி அவர்களை நிறுத்து.

Bring the tribe of Levi near, and present them before Aaron the priest, that they may minister unto him.

அவர்கள் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்கு முன்பாக அவனுடைய காவலையும் எல்லாச் சபையின் காவலையும் காத்து, வாசஸ்தலத்தின் பணிவிடை வேலைகளைச் செய்யக்கடவர்கள்.

And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tabernacle of the congregation, to do the service of the tabernacle.

அவர்கள் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தின் தட்டுமுட்டு முதலானவைகளையும், இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் காவலையும் காத்து, வாசஸ்தலத்தின் பணிவிடைகளைச் செய்யக்கடவர்கள்.

And they shall keep all the instruments of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.

ஆகையால் லேவியரை ஆரோனிடத்திலும் அவன் குமாரரிடத்திலும் ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பாயாக; இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரில் இவர்கள் முற்றிலும் அவனுக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.

And thou shalt give the Levites unto Aaron and to his sons: they are wholly given unto him out of the children of Israel.

ஆரோனையும் அவன் குமாரரையுமோ, தங்கள் ஆசாரிய ஊழியத்தைச் செய்வதற்காக நியமிக்கக்கடவாய், அந்த ஊழியத்தைச் செய்யும்படி சேருகிற அந்நியன் கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவன் என்றார்.

And thou shalt appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall wait on their priest's office: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரில் கர்ப்பந்திறந்து பிறக்கிற முதற்பேறான யாவுக்கும் பதிலாக, நான் லேவியரை இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலிருந்து எடுத்துக்கொண்டேன்; அவர்கள் என்னுடையவர்களாயிருக்கிறார்கள்.

And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that openeth the matrix among the children of Israel: therefore the Levites shall be mine;

முதற்பேறானவையெல்லாம் என்னுடையவை; நான் எகிப்துதேசத்தில் முதற்பேறான யாவையும் சங்கரித்த நாளில், இஸ்ரவேலில் மனிதர்முதல் மிருகஜீவன் மட்டுமுள்ள முதற்பேறான யாவையும் எனக்கென்று பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தினதினாலே, அவைகள் என்னுடையவைகளாயிருக்கும்; நான் கர்த்தர் என்றார்.

Because all the firstborn are mine; for on the day that I smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto me all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast: mine shall they be: I am the LORD.

பின்னும் கர்த்தர் சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்தில் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,

லேவிபுத்திரரை அவர்கள் பிதாக்களின் வம்சங்களின்படியே எண்ணுவாயாக; அவர்களில் ஒரு மாதம் முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்பிள்ளைகளையெல்லாம் எண்ணுவாயாக என்றார்.

Number the children of Levi after the house of their fathers, by their families: every male from a month old and upward shalt thou number them.

அப்பொழுது கர்த்தருடைய வாக்கின்படி, மோசே தனக்குக் கற்பிக்கப்பட்ட பிரகாரம் அவர்களை எண்ணினான்.

And Moses numbered them according to the word of the LORD, as he was commanded.

லேவியின் குமாரர் தங்கள் நாமங்களின்படியே, கெர்சோன், கோகாத், மெராரி என்பவர்கள்.

And these were the sons of Levi by their names; Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari.

தங்கள் வம்சத்தின்படியே கெர்சோனுடைய குமாரரின் நாமங்கள், லிப்னீ, சீமேயி என்பவைகள்.

And these are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families; Libni, and Shimei.

தங்கள் வம்சங்களின்படியே கோகாத்துடைய குமாரர் அம்ராம், இத்சேயார், எப்ரோன், ஊசியேல் என்பவர்கள்.

And the sons of Kohath by their families; Amram, and Izehar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

தங்கள் வம்சங்களின்படியே மெராரியினுடைய குமாரர், மகேலி, மூசி என்பவர்கள்; இவர்களே லேவியருடைய பிதாக்களின் வம்சத்தார்.

And the sons of Merari by their families; Mahli, and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to the house of their fathers.

கெர்சோனின் வழியாய் லிப்னீயரின் வம்சமும் சீமேயியர் வம்சமும் தோன்றின; இவைகளே கெர்சோனியரின் வம்சங்கள்.

Of Gershon was the family of the Libnites, and the family of the Shimites: these are the families of the Gershonites.

அவர்களில் ஒரு மாதம் முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்பிள்ளைகளெல்லாம் எண்ணப்பட்டபோது, எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் ஏழாயிரத்து ஐந்நூறுபேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

Those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, even those that were numbered of them were seven thousand and five hundred.

The families of the Gershonites shall pitch behind the tabernacle westward.

கெர்சோனியருடைய தகப்பன் வம்சத்துக்குத் தலைவன் லாயேலின் குமாரனாகிய எலியாசாப் என்பவன்.

And the chief of the house of the father of the Gershonites shall be Eliasaph the son of Lael.

ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே கெர்சோன் புத்திரரின் காவலாவது: வாசஸ்தலமும், கூடாரமும், அதின் மூடியும், ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசல் மறைவும்,

And the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation shall be the tabernacle, and the tent, the covering thereof, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,

வாசஸ்தலத்தண்டையிலும் பலிபீடத்தண்டையிலும் சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிற பிராகாரத்தின் தொங்குதிரைகளும், பிராகாரவாசல் மூடுதிரையும், அவைகளின் வேலைகளுக்கெல்லாம் உரிய அவைகளின் கயிறுகளுமே.

And the hangings of the court, and the curtain for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof.

கோகாத்தின் வழியாய் அம்ராமியரின் வம்சமும் இத்சேயாரின் வம்சமும் எப்ரோனியரின் வம்சமும் ஊசியேலரின் வம்சமும் தோன்றின; இவைகளே கோகாத்தியரின் வம்சங்கள்.

And of Kohath was the family of the Amramites, and the family of the Izeharites, and the family of the Hebronites, and the family of the Uzzielites: these are the families of the Kohathites.

ஒரு மாதம் முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்பிள்ளைகளெல்லாம் எண்ணப்பட்டபோது, பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துக்குரியவைகளைக் காப்பவர்கள், எண்ணாயிரத்து அறுநூறுபேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

In the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, were eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.

கோகாத் புத்திரரின் வம்சங்கள் வாசஸ்தலத்தின் தென்புறமான பக்கத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கவேண்டும்.

The families of the sons of Kohath shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle southward.

அவர்களின் தலைவன், ஊசியேலின் குமாரனாகிய எல்சாபான்.

And the chief of the house of the father of the families of the Kohathites shall be Elizaphan the son of Uzziel.

அவர்களுடைய காவலாவது: பெட்டியும், மேஜையும், குத்துவிளக்கும், பீடங்களும், ஆராதனைக்கேற்ற பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் பணிமுட்டுகளும், தொங்குதிரையும், அதினுடைய எல்லா வேலைகளுக்கும் ஏற்றவைகளுமே.

And their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith they minister, and the hanging, and all the service thereof.

ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனின் குமாரன் எலெயாசார் என்பவன் லேவியருடைய தலைவர்களுக்குத் தலைவனாய்ப் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தைக் காவல்காக்கிறவர்களுக்கு விசாரிப்புக்காரனாயிருக்கவேண்டும்.

And Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be chief over the chief of the Levites, and have the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary.

மெராரியின் வழியாய் மகேலியரின் வம்சமும் மூசியரின் வம்சமும் தோன்றின; இவைகளே மெராரியின் வம்சங்கள்.

Of Merari was the family of the Mahlites, and the family of the Mushites: these are the families of Merari.

அவர்களில் ஒரு மாதம் முதல் அதற்குமேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்பிள்ளைகளெல்லாம் எண்ணப்பட்டபோது, எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் ஆறாயிரத்து இருநூறுபேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

And those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, were six thousand and two hundred.

அபியாயேலின் குமாரனாகிய சூரியேல் என்பவன் அவர்களுக்குத் தலைவனாயிருந்தான்; இவர்கள் வாசஸ்தலத்தின் வடபுறமான பக்கத்தில் பாளயமிறங்கவேண்டும்.

And the chief of the house of the father of the families of Merari was Zuriel the son of Abihail: these shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle northward.

அவர்களுடைய காவல் விசாரிப்பாவது: வாசஸ்தலத்தின் பலகைகளும், தாழ்ப்பாள்களும், தூண்களும், பாதங்களும், அதினுடைய எல்லாப் பணிமுட்டுகளும், அதற்கடுத்தவைகள் அனைத்தும்,

And under the custody and charge of the sons of Merari shall be the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof, and all the vessels thereof, and all that serveth thereto,

சுற்றுப்பிராகாரத்தின் தூண்களும், அவைகளின் பாதங்களும், முளைகளும், கயிறுகளுமே.

And the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords.

ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரமாகிய வாசஸ்தலத்துக்கு முன்பாக, சூரியன் உதிக்கும் கீழ்ப்புறத்திலே மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் கூடாரங்களைப் போட்டு இறங்கி, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் காவலுக்குப் பதிலாகப் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தைக் காவல் காக்கவேண்டும். வாசஸ்தலத்தில் சேருகிற அந்நியன் கொலைசெய்யப்படக்கடவன்.

But those that encamp before the tabernacle toward the east, even before the tabernacle of the congregation eastward, shall be Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

மோசேயும், ஆரோனும், கர்த்தருடைய வாக்கின்படி, லேவியரில் ஒரு மாதம் முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்பிள்ளைகளையெல்லாம் அவர்களுடைய வம்சங்களின்படியே எண்ணினார்கள்; அவர்கள் இருபத்தீராயிரம்பேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

All that were numbered of the Levites, which Moses and Aaron numbered at the commandment of the LORD, throughout their families, all the males from a month old and upward, were twenty and two thousand.

அதன் பின்பு கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரில் ஒரு மாதம் முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள முதற்பேறான ஆண்பிள்ளைகளையெல்லாம் எண்ணி அவர்கள் நாமங்களைத் தொகையேற்றி,

And the LORD said unto Moses, Number all the firstborn of the males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.

இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலுள்ள முதற்பேறான யாவுக்கும் பதிலாக லேவியரையும், இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் மிருகஜீவன்களிலுள்ள தலையீற்றான யாவுக்கும் பதிலாக லேவியரின் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் எனக்கென்று பிரித்தெடு; நான் கர்த்தர் என்றார்.

And thou shalt take the Levites for me (I am the LORD) instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstlings among the cattle of the children of Israel.

அப்பொழுது மோசே, கர்த்தர் தனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலுள்ள முதற்பேறான யாவரையும் எண்ணினான்.

And Moses numbered, as the LORD commanded him, all the firstborn among the children of Israel.

ஒரு மாதம் முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள முதற்பேறான ஆண்பிள்ளைகளெல்லாரும் பேர்பேராக எண்ணப்பட்டபோது, இருபத்தீராயிரத்து இருநூற்று எழுபத்துமூன்றுபேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

And all the firstborn males by the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and threescore and thirteen.

அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலுள்ள முதற்பேறான யாவருக்கும் பதிலாக லேவியரையும், அவர்களுடைய மிருகஜீவன்களுக்குப்பதிலாக லேவியரின் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் பிரித்தெடு; லேவியர் என்னுடையவர்களாயிருப்பார்கள்; நான் கர்த்தர்.

Take the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine: I am the LORD.

இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய முதற்பேறுகளில் லேவியரின் தொகைக்கு அதிகமாயிருந்து, மீட்கப்படவேண்டிய இருநூற்று எழுபத்துமூன்றுபேரிடத்திலும்,

And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;

நீ தலைக்கு ஐந்து சேக்கல் வீதமாகப் பரிசுத்த சேக்கல் கணக்கின்படி வாங்குவாயாக; அந்தச் சேக்கலானது இருபது கேரா.

Thou shalt even take five shekels apiece by the poll, after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take them: (the shekel is twenty gerahs:)

லேவியருடைய தொகைக்கு அதிகமானவர்கள் மீட்கப்படும் திரவியத்தை ஆரோனுக்கும் அவன் குமாரருக்கும் கொடுப்பாயாக என்றார்.

And thou shalt give the money, wherewith the odd number of them is to be redeemed, unto Aaron and to his sons.

And Moses took the redemption money of them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites:

ஆயிரத்து முந்நூற்று அறுபத்தைந்து சேக்கலாகிய திரவியத்தை, பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துச் சேக்கல் கணக்கின்படி வாங்கி,

Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money; a thousand three hundred and threescore and five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:

கர்த்தருடைய வாக்கின்படியே மீட்கப்பட்டவர்களின் கிரயத்தை ஆரோனுக்கும் அவன் குமாரருக்கும், கர்த்தர் தனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே கொடுத்தான்.

And Moses gave the money of them that were redeemed unto Aaron and to his sons, according to the word of the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses.

எண்ணாகமம் அத்தியாயம் 4

கர்த்தர் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் நோக்கி:

And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

லேவியின் புத்திரருக்குள்ளே இருக்கிற கோகாத் புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களில்,

Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, after their families, by the house of their fathers,

ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே வேலைசெய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க முப்பது வயது முதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணி, தொகையிடுவாயாக.

From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே கோகாத் புத்திரரின் பணிவிடை மகா பரிசுத்தமானவைகளுக்குரியது.

This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:

பாளயம் புறப்படும்போது, ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் வந்து, மறைவின் திரைச்சீலையை இறக்கி, அதினாலே சாட்சியின் பெட்டியை மூடி,

And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:

அதின்மேல் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியைப்போட்டு, அதின்மேல் முற்றிலும் நீலமானதுப்பட்டியை விரித்து, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சி,

And shall put thereon the covering of badgers' skins, and shall spread over it a cloth wholly of blue, and shall put in the staves thereof.

சமுகத்தப்ப மேஜையின்மேல் நீலத்துப்பட்டியை விரித்து, தட்டுகளையும் தூபக்கரண்டிகளையும் கிண்ணங்களையும் மூடுகிற தட்டுகளையும் அதின்மேல் வைப்பார்களாக; நித்திய அப்பமும் அதின்மேல் இருக்கக்கடவது.

And upon the table of shewbread they shall spread a cloth of blue, and put thereon the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and covers to cover withal: and the continual bread shall be thereon:

அவைகளின்மேல் அவர்கள் சிவப்புத்துப்பட்டியை விரித்து, அதைத் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியால் மூடி, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சி,

And they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet, and cover the same with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put in the staves thereof.

இளநீலத் துப்பட்டியை எடுத்து, குத்துவிளக்குத்தண்டையும், அதின் அகல்களையும், அதின் கத்தரிகளையும், சாம்பல் பாத்திரங்களையும், அதற்குரிய எண்ணெய்ப் பாத்திரங்களையும் மூடி,

And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and his lamps, and his tongs, and his snuffdishes, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:

அதையும் அதற்கடுத்த தட்டுமுட்டுகள் யாவையும் தகசுத்தோல் மூடிக்குள்ளே போட்டு, அதை ஒரு தண்டிலே கட்டி,

And they shall put it and all the vessels thereof within a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put it upon a bar.

பொற்பீடத்தின்மேல் இளநீலத் துப்பட்டியை விரித்து, அதைத் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியால் மூடி, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சி,

And upon the golden altar they shall spread a cloth of blue, and cover it with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put to the staves thereof:

பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தில் வழங்கும் ஆராதனைக்கேற்ற சகல தட்டுமுட்டுகளையும் எடுத்து, இளநீலத் துப்பட்டியிலே போட்டு, தகசுத்தோல் மூடியினால் மூடி, தண்டின்மேல் கட்டி,

And they shall take all the instruments of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put them in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put them on a bar:

பலிபீடத்தைச் சாம்பலற விளக்கி, அதின்மேல் இரத்தாம்பரத் துப்பட்டியை விரித்து,

And they shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth thereon:

அதின்மேல் ஆராதனைக்கேற்ற சகல பணிமுட்டுகளாகிய கலசங்களையும், முள்துறடுகளையும், சாம்பல் எடுக்கும் கரண்டிகளையும், கலசங்களையும், பலிபீடத்திற்கடுத்த எல்லாப் பாத்திரங்களையும், அதின்மேல் வைத்து, அதின்மேல் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியை விரித்து, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சக்கடவர்கள்.

And they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof, wherewith they minister about it, even the censers, the fleshhooks, and the shovels, and the basons, all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread upon it a covering of badgers' skins, and put to the staves of it.

And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.

ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனின் குமாரன் எலெயாசார், விளக்குக்கு எண்ணெயையும், சுகந்த தூபவர்க்கத்தையும், தினந்தோறும் இடும் போஜனபலியையும், அபிஷேகதைலத்தையும், வாசஸ்தலம் முழுவதையும், அதிலுள்ள யாவையும், பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தையும் அதின் பணிமுட்டுகளையும், விசாரிக்கக்கடவன் என்றார்.

And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.

கர்த்தர் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் நோக்கி:

And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

லேவியருக்குள்ளே கோகாத் வம்சமாகிய கோத்திரத்தார் அழிந்துபோகாதபடி பாருங்கள்.

Cut ye not off the tribe of the families of the Kohathites from among the Levites:

அவர்கள் மகா பரிசுத்தமானவைகளைக் கிட்டுகையில், சாகாமல் உயிரோடிருக்கும்படிக்கு, நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்காகச் செய்யவேண்டியதாவது:

But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:

But they shall not go in to see when the holy things are covered, lest they die.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

Take also the sum of the sons of Gershon, throughout the houses of their fathers, by their families;

முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணி, தொகை ஏற்றுவாயாக.

From thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to perform the service, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

பணிவிடை செய்கிறதிலும் சுமக்கிறதிலும் கெர்சோன் வம்சத்தாரின் வேலையாவது:

This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, to serve, and for burdens:

அவர்கள் வாசஸ்தலத்துக்கும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்கும் உரிய தொங்குதிரையையும், மூடியையும், அவைகளின் மேல் இருக்கிற தகசுத்தோல் மூடியையும், ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசல் மறைவையும்,

And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers' skins that is above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,

பிராகாரத்தின் தொங்குதிரைகளையும், வாசஸ்தலத்தண்டையிலும் பலிபீடத்தண்டையிலும் சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிற பிராகாரத்தினுடைய வாசல் தொங்குதிரையையும், அவைகளின் கயிறுகளையும், அவைகளின் வேலைக்கடுத்த கருவிகள் யாவையும் சுமந்து, அவைகளுக்காகச் செய்யவேண்டிய யாவையும் செய்யக்கடவர்கள்.

And the hangings of the court, and the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve.

கெர்சோன் புத்திரர் சுமக்கவேண்டிய சுமைகளும் செய்யவேண்டிய பணிவிடைகளாகிய சகல வேலைகளும் ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் சொல்லுகிறபடியே செய்யவேண்டும்; அவர்கள் சுமக்கவேண்டிய சகல சுமைகளையும் நீங்கள் நியமித்து, அவர்களிடத்தில் ஒப்புவியுங்கள்.

At the appointment of Aaron and his sons shall be all the service of the sons of the Gershonites, in all their burdens, and in all their service: and ye shall appoint unto them in charge all their burdens.

This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

மெராரி புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களிலும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை வேலைசெய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

As for the sons of Merari, thou shalt number them after their families, by the house of their fathers;

முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணக்கடவாய்.

From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shalt thou number them, every one that entereth into the service, to do the work of the tabernacle of the congregation.

ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் அவர்கள் செய்யும் எல்லாப் பணிவிடைக்கும் அடுத்த காவல் விசாரிப்பாவது: வாசஸ்தலத்தின் பலகைகளும், தாழ்ப்பாள்களும், தூண்களும், பாதங்களும்,

And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tabernacle of the congregation; the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and sockets thereof,

சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிற பிராகாரத்தின் தூண்களும், அவைகளின் பாதங்களும், முளைகளும், கயிறுகளும், அவைகளின் சகல கருவிகளும், அவற்றிற்கு அடுத்த மற்றெல்லா வேலையும்தானே; அவர்கள் சுமந்து காவல்காக்கும்படி ஒப்புவிக்கப்படுகிறவைகளைப் பேர்பேராக எண்ணக்கடவீர்கள்.

And the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, with all their instruments, and with all their service: and by name ye shall reckon the instruments of the charge of their burden.

ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனுடைய குமாரனான இத்தாமாருடைய கைக்குள்ளாக மெராரி புத்திரரின் வம்சத்தார் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே செய்யும் பணிவிடைக்கு அடுத்த எல்லா வேலையும் இதுவே என்றார்.

This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service, in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

அப்படியே மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் சபையின் பிரபுக்களும் கோகாத் புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களின்படி ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை செய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

And Moses and Aaron and the chief of the congregation numbered the sons of the Kohathites after their families, and after the house of their fathers,

முப்பது வயது முதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணினார்கள்.

From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation:

அவர்கள் வம்சங்களில் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் இரண்டாயிரத்து எழுநூற்று ஐம்பதுபேர்.

And those that were numbered of them by their families were two thousand seven hundred and fifty.

கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் கோகாத் வம்சத்தாரில் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் வேலை செய்கிறதற்காக எண்ணித் தொகையிடப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் இவர்களே.

These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

And those that were numbered of the sons of Gershon, throughout their families, and by the house of their fathers,

From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,

Even those that were numbered of them, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers, were two thousand and six hundred and thirty.

மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே கெர்சோன் புத்திரரின் வம்சத்தாரில் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் வேலைசெய்ய எண்ணித் தொகையிடப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் இவர்களே.

These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD.

மெராரி புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களிலும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை செய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

And those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers,

முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுள்ளவர்கள் எல்லாரும் எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்.

From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,

அவர்களில் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் தங்கள் குடும்பங்களின்படியே மூவாயிரத்து இருநூறுபேர்.

Even those that were numbered of them after their families, were three thousand and two hundred.

கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் மெராரி புத்திரரின் குடும்பத்தாரில் எண்ணித் தொகையிடப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் இவர்களே.

These be those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

லேவியருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களில் முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ளவர்கள் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே செய்யும் பணிவிடை வேலைக்கும் சுமையின் வேலைக்கும் உட்படத்தக்கவர்களும்,

All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the chief of Israel numbered, after their families, and after the house of their fathers,

மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் இஸ்ரவேலின் பிரபுக்களாலும் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்களும் ஆகிய எல்லாரும்,

From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the congregation,

எண்ணாயிரத்து ஐந்நூற்று எண்பதுபேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

Even those that were numbered of them, were eight thousand and five hundred and fourscore.

கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, அவர்கள் தங்கள் தங்கள் பணிவிடைக்கென்றும் தங்கள் தங்கள் சுமைக்கென்றும் மோசேயினால் எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்; இவ்விதமாய், கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே அவர்கள் அவனால் எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்.

According to the commandment of the LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses.

லூக்கா அத்தியாயம் 17

பின்பு அவர் தம்முடைய சீஷர்களை நோக்கி: இடறல்கள் வராமல்போவது கூடாதகாரியம், ஆகிலும் அவைகள் எவனால் வருகிறதோ, அவனுக்கு ஐயோ!

Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

அவன் இந்தச் சிறுவரில் ஒருவனுக்கு இடறலுண்டாக்குகிறதைப் பார்க்கிலும், அவனுடைய கழுத்தில் ஏந்திரக்கல் கட்டப்பட்டு, அவன் சமுத்திரத்தில் தள்ளுண்டுபோவது அவனுக்கு நலமாயிருக்கும்.

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

உங்களைக்குறித்து எச்சரிக்கையாயிருங்கள். உன் சகோதரன் உனக்கு விரோதமாய்க் குற்றஞ்செய்தால், அவனைக் கடிந்துகொள்; அவன் மனஸ்தாபப்பட்டால், அவனுக்கு மன்னிப்பாயாக.

Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

அவன் ஒருநாளில் ஏழுதரம் உனக்கு விரோதமாய்க் குற்றஞ்செய்து, ஏழுதரமும் உன்னிடத்தில் வந்து: நான் மனஸ்தாபப்படுகிறேன் என்று சொன்னால், அவனுக்கு மன்னிப்பாயாக என்றார்.

And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

அப்பொழுது அப்போஸ்தலர் கர்த்தரை நோக்கி: எங்கள் விசுவாசத்தை வர்த்திக்கப்பண்ணவேண்டும் என்றார்கள்.

And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

அதற்குக் கர்த்தர்: கடுகுவிதையளவு விசுவாசம் உங்களுக்கு உண்டாயிருந்தால், நீங்கள் இந்தக் காட்டத்திமரத்தை நோக்கி: நீ வேரோடே பிடுங்குண்டு கடலிலே நடப்படுவாயாக என்று சொல்ல, அது உங்களுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படியும்.

And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

உங்களில் ஒருவனுடைய ஊழியக்காரன் உழுது அல்லது மந்தைமேய்த்து வயலிலிருந்து வரும்போது, எஜமான் அவனை நோக்கி: நீ முன்பு போய்ச் சாப்பிட்டுவா என்று அவனுக்குச் சொல்வானோ?

But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?

நீ எனக்குச் சாப்பாடு ஆயத்தம்பண்ணி, அரைகட்டிக்கொண்டு, நான் போஜனபானம்பண்ணுமளவும் எனக்கு ஊழியஞ்செய், அதற்குப்பின் நீ புசித்துக்குடிக்கலாம் என்று அவனுக்குச் சொல்லுவானல்லவா?

And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

தான் கட்டளையிட்டவைகளை அந்த வேலைக்காரன் செய்ததற்காக அவனுக்கு உபசாரஞ்செய்வானோ? அப்படிச் செய்யமாட்டானே.

Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.

அப்படியே நீங்களும் உங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிடப்பட்ட யாவற்றையும் செய்த பின்பு: நாங்கள் அப்பிரயோஜனமான ஊழியக்காரர், செய்யவேண்டிய கடமையைமாத்திரம் செய்தோம் என்று சொல்லுங்கள் என்றார்.

So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

பின்பு அவர் எருசலேமுக்குப் பிரயாணம்பண்ணுகையில், அவர் சமாரியா கலிலேயா என்னும் நாடுகளின் வழியாக நடந்துபோனார்.

And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

அவர் ஒரு கிராமத்தில் பிரவேசித்தபோது, குஷ்டரோகமுள்ள மனுஷர் பத்துப்பேர் அவருக்கு எதிராக வந்து, தூரத்திலே நின்று:

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

இயேசு ஐயரே, எங்களுக்கு இரங்கும் என்று சத்தமிட்டார்கள்.

And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

அவர்களை அவர் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் போய், ஆசாரியர்களுக்கு உங்களைக் காண்பியுங்கள் என்றார். அந்தப்படி அவர்கள் போகையில் சுத்தமானார்கள்.

And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

அவர்களில் ஒருவன் தான் ஆரோக்கியமானதைக் கண்டு, திரும்பிவந்து, உரத்த சத்தத்தோடே தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்தி,

And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

அவருடைய பாதத்தருகே முகங்குப்புற விழுந்து, அவருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரஞ்செலுத்தினான்; அவன் சமாரியனாயிருந்தான்.

And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

அப்பொழுது இயேசு: சுத்தமானவர்கள் பத்துப்பேர் அல்லவா, மற்ற ஒன்பதுபேர் எங்கே?

And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறதற்கு, இந்த அந்நியனே ஒழிய மற்றொருவனும் திரும்பிவரக்காணோமே என்று சொல்லி,

There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

அவனை நோக்கி: நீ எழுந்துபோ, உன் விசுவாசம் உன்னை இரட்சித்தது என்றார்.

And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் எப்பொழுது வருமென்று, பரிசேயர் அவரிடத்தில் கேட்டபொழுது, அவர்களுக்கு அவர் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் பிரத்தியட்சமாய் வராது.

And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

இதோ, இங்கே என்றும், அதோ, அங்கே என்றும் சொல்லப்படுகிறதற்கும் ஏதுவிராது; இதோ, தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் உங்களுக்குள் இருக்கிறதே என்றார்.

Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

பின்பு அவர் சீஷர்களை நோக்கி: மனுஷகுமாரனுடைய நாட்களிலொன்றைக் காணவேண்டுமென்று நீங்கள் ஆசைப்படுங்காலம் வரும்; ஆனாலும் அதைக் காணமாட்டீர்கள்.

And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

இதோ, இங்கே என்றும், அதோ, அங்கே என்றும், சிலர் உங்களிடத்தில் சொல்லுவார்கள்; நீங்களோ போகாமலும் பின்தொடராமலும் இருங்கள்.

And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

மின்னல் வானத்தின் ஒரு திசையில் தோன்றி மறுதிசைவரைக்கும் பிரகாசிக்கிறதுபோல மனுஷகுமாரனும் தம்முடைய நாளிலே தோன்றுவார்.

For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

அதற்கு முன்பு அவர் அநேகம் பாடுபட்டு, இந்தச் சந்ததியினால் ஆகாதவனென்று தள்ளப்படவேண்டியதாயிருக்கிறது.

But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.

நோவாவின் நாட்களில் நடந்ததுபோல மனுஷகுமாரனுடைய நாட்களிலும் நடக்கும்.

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

நோவா பேழைக்குள் பிரவேசித்த நாள்வரைக்கும் ஜனங்கள் புசித்துக் குடித்தார்கள், பெண்கொண்டு கொடுத்தார்கள்; ஜலப்பிரளயம் வந்து எல்லாரையும் அழித்துப்போட்டது.

They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

லோத்தினுடைய நாட்களில் நடந்ததுபோலவும் நடக்கும்; ஜனங்கள் புசித்தார்கள், குடித்தார்கள், கொண்டார்கள், விற்றார்கள், நட்டார்கள், கட்டினார்கள்.

Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

லோத்து சோதோமை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்ட நாளிலே வானத்திலிருந்து அக்கினியும் கந்தகமும் வருஷித்து, எல்லாரையும் அழித்துப்போட்டது.

But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

மனுஷகுமாரன் வெளிப்படும் நாளிலும் அப்படியே நடக்கும்.

Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

அந்த நாளிலே வீட்டின்மேலிருப்பவன் வீட்டிலுள்ள தன் பண்டங்களை எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோக இறங்காமல் இருக்கக்கடவன்; அப்படியே வயலிலிருக்கிறவன் பின்னிட்டுத் திரும்பாமலும் இருக்கக்கடவன்.

In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

லோத்தின் மனைவியை நினைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

Remember Lot's wife.
