1நாளாகமம் அத்தியாயம் 25

மேலும் சுரமண்டலங்களாலும், தம்புருகளாலும் கைத்தாளங்களாலும், தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லுகிற ஆசாப், ஏமான், எதுத்தூன் என்பவர்களின் குமாரரில் சிலரை, தாவீதும் தேவாலயச் சேனைகளின் பிரபுக்களும் ஊழியத்திற்கென்று பிரித்துவைத்தார்கள்; தங்கள் ஊழியத்தின் கிரியைக்குக் குறித்துவைக்கப்பட்ட மனுஷர்களின் தொகையாவது:

Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:

ராஜாவுடைய கட்டளைப்பிரமாணமாய்த் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லுகிற ஆசாப்பின் வசத்திலிருக்கிற, ஆசாப்பின் குமாரரில் சக்கூர், யோசேப்பு, நெதானியா, அஷாரேலா என்பவர்களும்,

Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.

கர்த்தரைப் போற்றித் துதித்துத் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லுகிற தங்கள் தகப்பனாகிய எதுத்தூனின் வசத்திலே சுரமண்டலங்களை வாசிக்க, எதுத்தூனின் குமாரராகிய கெதலியா, சேரீ, எஷாயா, அஷபியா, மத்தித்தியா என்னும் ஆறுபேரும்,

Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.

கொம்பைத் தொனிக்கப்பண்ண, தேவவிஷயத்தில் ராஜாவுக்கு ஞானதிருஷ்டியுள்ள புருஷனாகிய ஏமானின் குமாரரான புக்கியா, மத்தனியா, ஊசியேல், செபுவேல், எரிமோத், அனனியா, அனானி, எலியாத்தா, கிதல்தி, ரொமந்தியேசர், யோஸ்பெகாஷா, மலோத்தி, ஒத்திர், மகாசியோத் என்பவர்களுமே.

Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth:

இவர்களெல்லாரும் ஏமானின் குமாரராயிருந்தார்கள்; தேவன் ஏமானுக்குப் பதினாலு குமாரரையும் மூன்று குமாரத்திகளையும் கொடுத்தார்.

All these were the sons of Heman the king's seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.

இவர்கள் அனைவரும் ராஜாவுடைய கட்டளைப்பிரமாணமாய்க் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தில் தாளங்கள் தம்புருகள் சுரமண்டலங்களாகிய கீதவாத்தியம் வாசிக்க, தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தின் ஊழியமாக அவரவர் தங்கள் தங்கள் தகப்பன்மாராகிய ஆசாப், எதுத்தூன், ஏமான் என்பவர்கள் வசத்தில் இருந்தார்கள்.

All these were under the hands of their father for song in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king's order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.

கர்த்தரைப் பாடும் பாட்டுகளைக் கற்றுக்கொண்டு, நிபுணரான தங்கள் சகோதரரோடுங்கூட அவர்கள் இலக்கத்திற்கு இருநூற்றெண்பத்தெட்டுப்பேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

So the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in the songs of the LORD, even all that were cunning, was two hundred fourscore and eight.

And they cast lots, ward against ward, as well the small as the great, the teacher as the scholar.

முதலாவது சீட்டு ஆசாப் வம்சமான யோசேப்பின் பேர்வழிக்கும், இரண்டாவது கெதலியா, அவன் சகோதரர், அவன் குமாரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

Now the first lot came forth for Asaph to Joseph: the second to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and sons were twelve:

மூன்றாவது சக்கூர், அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The third to Zaccur, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

நான்காவது இஸ்ரி, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The fourth to Izri, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

ஐந்தாவது நெத்தனியா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The fifth to Nethaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

ஆறாவது புக்கியா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The sixth to Bukkiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

ஏழாவது எசரேலா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The seventh to Jesharelah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

எட்டாவது எஷாயா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The eighth to Jeshaiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

ஒன்பதாவது மத்தனீயா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The ninth to Mattaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

பத்தாவது சிமேயா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The tenth to Shimei, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

பதினோராவது அசாரியேல், அவன் குமாரர் அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The eleventh to Azareel, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

பன்னிரண்டாவது அஷாபியா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The twelfth to Hashabiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

பதின்மூன்றாவது சுபவேல், அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The thirteenth to Shubael, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

The fourteenth to Mattithiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

The fifteenth to Jeremoth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

The sixteenth to Hananiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

பதினேழாவது யோஸ்பேக்காஷா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The seventeenth to Joshbekashah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

பதினெட்டாவது ஆனானி, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The eighteenth to Hanani, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

பத்தொன்பதாவது மலோத்தி, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The nineteenth to Mallothi, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

இருபதாவது எலியாத்தா, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The twentieth to Eliathah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

இருபத்தோராவது ஒத்திர், அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The one and twentieth to Hothir, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

இருபத்திரண்டாவது கிதல்தி, அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The two and twentieth to Giddalti, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

இருபத்துமூன்றாவது மகாசியோத், அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும்,

The three and twentieth to Mahazioth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

இருபத்துநான்காவது ரொமந்தியேசர், அவன் குமாரர், அவன் சகோதரரென்னும் பன்னிரண்டு பேர்வழிக்கும் விழுந்தது.

The four and twentieth to Romamtiezer, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve.

Concerning the divisions of the porters: Of the Korhites was Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.

மெஷெலேமியாவின் குமாரர், மூத்தவனாகிய சகரியாவும்,

And the sons of Meshelemiah were, Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,

எதியாயேல், செபதியா, யதனியேல், ஏலாம், யோகனான், எலியோனாய் என்னும் இரண்டாம் மூன்றாம் நான்காம் ஐந்தாம் ஆறாம் ஏழாம் குமாரரும்,

Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.

ஓபேத்ஏதோமின் குமாரர், மூத்தவனாகிய செமாயாவும்,

Moreover the sons of Obededom were, Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth,

யோசபாத், யோவாக், சாக்கார், நெதனெயேல், அம்மியேல், இசக்கார், பெயுள்தாயி என்னும் இரண்டாம் மூன்றாம் நான்காம் ஐந்தாம் ஆறாம் ஏழாம் எட்டாம் குமாரருமே; தேவன் அவனை ஆசீர்வதித்திருந்தார்.

Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peulthai the eighth: for God blessed him.

அவன் குமாரனாகிய செமாயாவுக்கும் குமாரர் பிறந்து, அவர்கள் பராக்கிரமசாலிகளாயிருந்து, தங்கள் தகப்பன் குடும்பத்தாரை ஆண்டார்கள்.

Also unto Shemaiah his son were sons born, that ruled throughout the house of their father: for they were mighty men of valour.

செமாயாவுக்கு இருந்த குமாரர் ஒத்னியும், பலசாலிகளாகிய ரெப்பாயேல், ஓபேத், எல்சாபாத் என்னும் அவன் சகோதரரும், எலிகூவும் செமகியாவுமே.

The sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were strong men, Elihu, and Semachiah.

ஓபேத்ஏதோமின் புத்திரரும் அவர்கள் குமாரரும் அவர்கள் சகோதரருமாகிய ஊழியத்திற்குப் பலத்த பராக்கிரமசாலிகளான அவர்களெல்லாரும் அறுபத்திரண்டுபேர்.

All these of the sons of Obededom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men for strength for the service, were threescore and two of Obededom.

மெஷெலேமியாவின் குமாரரும் சகோதரருமான பராக்கிரமசாலிகள் பதினெட்டுப்பேர்.

And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, strong men, eighteen.

மெராரியின் புத்திரரில் ஓசா என்பவனுடைய குமாரர்கள்: சிம்ரி என்னும் தலைமையானவன்; இவன் மூத்தவனாயிராவிட்டாலும் இவன் தகப்பன் இவனைத் தலைவனாக வைத்தான்.

Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons; Simri the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the chief;)

இல்க்கியா, தெபலியா, சகரியா என்னும் இரண்டாம் மூன்றாம் நான்காம் குமாரரானவர்கள்; ஓசாவின் குமாரரும் சகோதரரும் எல்லாம் பதின்மூன்றுபேர்.

Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.

காவல்காரரான தலைவரின்கீழ்த் தங்கள் சகோதரருக்கொத்த முறையாய்க் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தில் வாசல்காக்கிறவர்களாய்ச் சேவிக்க இவர்கள் வகுக்கப்பட்டு,

Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD.

தங்கள் பிதாக்களின் குடும்பத்தாராகிய சிறியவர்களும், பெரியவர்களுமாய் இன்ன வாசலுக்கு இன்னாரென்று சீட்டுப்போட்டுக்கொண்டார்கள்.

And they cast lots, as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers, for every gate.

கீழ்ப்புறத்திற்குச் செலேமியாவுக்குச் சீட்டு விழுந்தது; விவேகமுள்ள யோசனைக்காரனாகிய சகரியா என்னும் அவன் குமாரனுக்குச் சீட்டுப் போட்டபோது, அவன் சீட்டு வடபுறத்திற்கென்று விழுந்தது.

And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.

ஓபேத்ஏதோமுக்குத் தென்புறத்திற்கும், அவன் குமாரருக்கு அசுப்பீம் வீட்டிற்கும்,

To Obededom southward; and to his sons the house of Asuppim.

சூப்பீமுக்கும், ஓசாவுக்கும் மண்போட்டு உயர்த்தப்பட்ட வழியும் காவலுக்கு எதிர்காவலும் இருக்கிற மேற்புறமான வாசலுக்கும் சீட்டு விழுந்தது.

To Shuppim and Hosah the lot came forth westward, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the going up, ward against ward.

கிழக்கே லேவியரான ஆறுபேரும், வடக்கே பகலிலே நாலுபேரும், தெற்கே பகலிலே நாலுபேரும், அசுப்பீம் வீட்டண்டையில் இரண்டிரண்டுபேரும்,

Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.

வெளிப்புறமான வாசல் அண்டையில் மேற்கே இருக்கிற உயர்ந்த வழிக்கு நாலுபேரும், வெளிப்புறமான வழியில் இரண்டுபேரும் வைக்கப்பட்டார்கள்.

At Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.

கோராகின் புத்திரருக்குள்ளும், மெராரியின் புத்திரருக்குள்ளும், வாசல் காக்கிறவர்களின் வகுப்புகள் இவைகளே.

These are the divisions of the porters among the sons of Kore, and among the sons of Merari.

மற்ற லேவியரில் அகியா என்பவன் தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்துப் பொக்கிஷங்களையும், பிரதிஷ்டையாக்கப்பட்ட பொருள்களின் பொக்கிஷங்களையும் விசாரிக்கிறவனாயிருந்தான்.

And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.

As concerning the sons of Laadan; the sons of the Gershonite Laadan, chief fathers, even of Laadan the Gershonite, were Jehieli.

அம்ராமீயரிலும், இத்சாகாரியரிலும், எப்ரோனியரிலும், ஊசியேரியரிலும், சிலர் அப்படியே விசாரிக்கிறவர்களாயிருந்தார்கள்.

Of the Amramites, and the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:

மோசேயின் குமாரனாகிய கெர்சோமின் சந்ததியான செபுவேல் பொக்கிஷப் பிரதானியாயிருந்தான்.

And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler of the treasures.

எலியேசர் மூலமாய் அவனுக்கு இருந்த சகோதரரானவர்கள், இவன் குமாரன் ரெகபியாவும், இவன் குமாரன் எஷாயாவும், இவன் குமாரன் யோராமும், இவன் குமாரன் சிக்கிரியும், இவன் குமாரன் செலோமித்துமே.

And his brethren by Eliezer; Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.

ராஜாவாகிய தாவீதும், ஆயிரம்பேருக்கு அதிபதிகளும், நூறுபேருக்கு அதிபதிகளுமான பிதாக்களின் தலைவரும், சேனாபதிகளும் யுத்தத்தில் அகப்பட்ட கொள்ளைகளில் எடுத்து,

Which Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.

கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தைப் பரிபாலிக்கும்படிக்குப் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்ட பொருள்களின் பொக்கிஷங்களையெல்லாம் அந்தச் செலோமித்தும் அவனுடைய சகோதரரும் விசாரித்தார்கள்.

Out of the spoils won in battles did they dedicate to maintain the house of the LORD.

ஞானதிருஷ்டிக்காரனாகிய சாமுவேலும், கீசின் குமாரனாகிய சவுலும், நேரின் குமாரனாகிய அப்னேரும், செருயாவின் குமாரனாகிய யோவாபும், அவரவர் பரிசுத்தம் என்று நேர்ந்துகொண்ட அனைத்தும் செலோமித்தின் கையின்கீழும் அவன் சகோதரர் கையின்கீழும் இருந்தது.

And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated; and whosoever had dedicated any thing, it was under the hand of Shelomith, and of his brethren.

இத்சாகாரியரில் கெனானியாவும் அவன் குமாரரும் தேசகாரியங்களைப் பார்க்கும்படி வைக்கப்பட்டு, இஸ்ரவேலின்மேல் விசாரிப்புக்காரரும் மணியக்காரருமாயிருந்தார்கள்.

Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were for the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.

எப்ரோனியரில் அசபியாவும் அவன் சகோதரருமாகிய ஆயிரத்து எழுநூறு பராக்கிரமசாலிகள் யோர்தானுக்கு இப்பாலே மேற்கே இருக்கிற இஸ்ரவேலின்மேல் கர்த்தருடைய எல்லா ஊழியத்திற்கும் ராஜாவின் வேலைக்கும் வைக்கப்பட்டார்கள்.

And of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, were officers among them of Israel on this side Jordan westward in all the business of the LORD, and in the service of the king.

Among the Hebronites was Jerijah the chief, even among the Hebronites, according to the generations of his fathers. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valour at Jazer of Gilead.

பலசாலிகளாகிய அவனுடைய சகோதரர் இரண்டாயிரத்து எழுநூறு பிரதான தலைவராயிருந்தார்கள்; அவர்களைத் தாவீது ராஜா தேவனுக்கடுத்த சகல காரியத்திற்காகவும், ராஜாவின் காரியத்திற்காவும், ரூபனியர்மேலும், காதியர் மேலும், மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்தின்மேலும் வைத்தான்.

And his brethren, men of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred chief fathers, whom king David made rulers over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, for every matter pertaining to God, and affairs of the king.

தங்கள் இலக்கத்தின்படி இருக்கிற இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருக்கு வம்சங்களின் தலைவரும், ஆயிரத்துக்குச் சேர்வைக்காரரும், நூற்றிற்குச் சேர்வைக்காரரும், இவர்களுடைய தலைவரும் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தார்கள்; இவர்கள் வருஷத்திலுண்டான மாதங்களிலெல்லாம் மாதத்திற்கு மாதம் ராஜாவைச் சேவிக்கிறதற்கு வகுக்கப்பட்ட வரிசைகளின்படியெல்லாம் மாறிமாறி வருவார்கள்; ஒவ்வொரு வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

Now the children of Israel after their number, to wit, the chief fathers and captains of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that served the king in any matter of the courses, which came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year, of every course were twenty and four thousand.

முதலாவது மாதத்துக்கு முதல் வகுப்பின்மேல் சப்தியேலின் குமாரன் யஷொபெயாம் இருந்தான்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

Over the first course for the first month was Jashobeam the son of Zabdiel: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

அவன் பேரேசின் சந்ததியாரில் சகல சேனாபதிகளின் தலைவனாயிருந்து முதல் மாதம் விசாரித்தான்.

Of the children of Perez was the chief of all the captains of the host for the first month.

இரண்டாவது மாதத்தின் வகுப்பின்மேல் அகோகியனான தோதாயி இருந்தான்; அவன் வகுப்பிலே மிக்லோத் தளகர்த்தனாயிருந்தான்; அவன் வகுப்பிலே இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

And over the course of the second month was Dodai an Ahohite, and of his course was Mikloth also the ruler: in his course likewise were twenty and four thousand.

The third captain of the host for the third month was Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, a chief priest: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

இந்தப் பெனாயா அந்த முப்பது பராக்கிரமசாலிகளில் ஒருவனும் அந்த முப்பது பேர்களின் தலைவனுமாயிருந்தான்; அவனுடைய வகுப்பை அவன் குமாரனாகிய அமிசபாத் விசாரித்தான்.

This is that Benaiah, who was mighty among the thirty, and above the thirty: and in his course was Ammizabad his son.

நாலாவது மாதத்தின் நாலாம் சேனாபதி யோவாபின் சகோதரனாகிய ஆசகேலும், அவனுக்குப்பின்பு அவன் குமாரன் செப்தியாவுமே; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The fourth captain for the fourth month was Asahel the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son after him: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

ஐந்தாவது மாதத்தின் ஐந்தாம் சேனாபதி இஸ்ராகியனான சம்கூத் என்பவன்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The fifth captain for the fifth month was Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

ஆறாவது மாதத்தின் ஆறாம் சேனாபதி இக்கேசின் குமாரன் ஈரா என்னும் தெக்கோவியன்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The sixth captain for the sixth month was Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

ஏழாவது மாதத்தின் ஏழாம் சேனாபதி எப்பிராயீம் புத்திரரில் ஒருவனாகிய ஏலேஸ் என்னும் பெலோனியன்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The seventh captain for the seventh month was Helez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

எட்டாவது மாதத்தின் எட்டாம் சேனாபதி சாரியரில் ஒருவனாகிய சிபெக்காயி என்னும் ஊஷாத்தியன்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The eighth captain for the eighth month was Sibbecai the Hushathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

ஒன்பதாவது மாதத்தின் ஒன்பதாம் சேனாபதி பென்யமீனரில் அபியேசர் என்னும் ஆனதோத்தான்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The ninth captain for the ninth month was Abiezer the Anetothite, of the Benjamites: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

பத்தாவது மாதத்தின் பத்தாம் சேனாபதி சாரியரில் ஒருவனாகிய மக்ராயி என்னும் நெத்தோபாத்தியன்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The tenth captain for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarhites: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

பதினோராவது மாதத்தின் பதினோராம் சேனாபதி எப்பிராயீம் புத்திரரில் பெனாயா என்னும் பிரத்தோனியன்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்துநாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The eleventh captain for the eleventh month was Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

பன்னிரண்டாவது மாதத்தின் பன்னிரண்டாம் சேனாபதி ஒத்னியேல் சந்ததியான எல்தாயி என்னும் நெத்தோபாத்தியன்; அவன் வகுப்பில் இருபத்து நாலாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.

The twelfth captain for the twelfth month was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களுக்குத் தலைவர்கள்: ரூபனியருக்குத் தலைவன் சிக்ரியின் குமாரன் எலியேசர்; சிமியோனியருக்கு மாக்காவின் குமாரன் செப்பத்தியா.

Furthermore over the tribes of Israel: the ruler of the Reubenites was Eliezer the son of Zichri: of the Simeonites, Shephatiah the son of Maachah:

லேவியருக்கு கேமுவேலின் குமாரன் அஷாபியா; ஆரோன் சந்ததிக்குச் சாதோக்.

Of the Levites, Hashabiah the son of Kemuel: of the Aaronites, Zadok:

யூதாவுக்குத் தாவீதின் சகோதரரில் ஒருவனாகிய எலிகூ; இசக்காரருக்கு மிகாவேலின் குமாரன் ஒம்ரி.

Of Judah, Elihu, one of the brethren of David: of Issachar, Omri the son of Michael:

செபுலோனுக்கு ஒப்தியாவின் குமாரன் இஸ்மாயா: நப்தலிக்கு அஸ்ரியேலின் குமாரன் எரிமோத்.

Of Zebulun, Ishmaiah the son of Obadiah: of Naphtali, Jerimoth the son of Azriel:

எப்பிராயீம் புத்திரருக்கு அசசியாவின் குமாரன் ஓசெயா; மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்திற்குப் பெதாயாவின் குமாரன் யோவேல்.

Of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea the son of Azaziah: of the half tribe of Manasseh, Joel the son of Pedaiah:

கீலேயாத்திலுள்ள மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்திற்குச் சகரியாவின் குமாரன் இத்தோ; பென்யமீனுக்கு அப்னேரின் குமாரன் யாசியேல்.

Of the half tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the son of Zechariah: of Benjamin, Jaasiel the son of Abner:

தாணுக்கு எரோகாமின் குமாரன் அசாரியேல்; இவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களுக்குத் தலைவராயிருந்தார்கள்.

Of Dan, Azareel the son of Jeroham. These were the princes of the tribes of Israel.

இஸ்ரவேலை வானத்தின் நட்சத்திரங்கள் அத்தனையாய்ப் பெருகப்பண்ணுவேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லியிருந்தபடியால், தாவீது இருபது வயதுமுதல் அதற்குக் கீழ்ப்பட்டவர்களின் இலக்கத்தைத் தொகையேற்றவில்லை.

But David took not the number of them from twenty years old and under: because the LORD had said he would increase Israel like to the stars of the heavens.

Joab the son of Zeruiah began to number, but he finished not, because there fell wrath for it against Israel; neither was the number put in the account of the chronicles of king David.

ராஜாவுடைய பொக்கிஷங்களின்மேல் ஆதியேலின் குமாரன் அஸ்மாவேத்தும், பட்டணங்களிலும் கிராமங்களிலும் துருக்கங்களிலுமுள்ள நிலத்தின் வருமான பண்டகசாலைகளின்மேல் உசியாவின் குமாரன் யோனத்தானும்,

And over the king's treasures was Azmaveth the son of Adiel: and over the storehouses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, was Jehonathan the son of Uzziah:

நிலத்தைப் பயிரிட வயல்வெளியின் வேலை செய்கிறவர்களின்மேல் கேலூப்பின் குமாரன் எஸ்ரியும்,

And over them that did the work of the field for tillage of the ground was Ezri the son of Chelub:

திராட்சத்தோட்டங்களின்மேல் ராமாத்தியனான சீமேயும், திராட்சத்தோட்டங்களின் வரத்தாகிய திராட்சரசம் வைக்கும் இடங்களின்மேல் சிப்மியனாகிய சப்தியும்,

And over the vineyards was Shimei the Ramathite: over the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars was Zabdi the Shiphmite:

பள்ளத்தாக்குகளிலுள்ள ஒலிவமரங்களின்மேலும் முசுக்கட்டை விருட்சங்களின்மேலும் கெதேரியனான பால்கானானும், எண்ணெய் கிடங்குகளின்மேல் யோவாசும்,

And over the olive trees and the sycomore trees that were in the low plains was Baalhanan the Gederite: and over the cellars of oil was Joash:

சாரோனில் மேய்கிற மாடுகளின்மேல் சாரோனியனான சித்ராயும், பள்ளத்தாக்குகளிலுள்ள மாடுகளின்மேல் அத்லாயின் குமாரன் சாப்பாத்தும்,

And over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite: and over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of Adlai:

ஒட்டகங்களின்மேல் இஸ்மவேலியனாகிய ஓபிலும், கழுதைகளின்மேல் மெரோனோத்தியனாகிய எகெதியாவும்,

Over the camels also was Obil the Ishmaelite: and over the asses was Jehdeiah the Meronothite:

ஆடுகளின்மேல் ஆகாரியனான யாசிசும் விசாரிப்புக்காரராயிருந்தார்கள்; இவர்களெல்லாரும் தாவீது ராஜாவின் பொருள்களுக்கு விசாரிப்புக்காரராயிருந்தார்கள்.

And over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagerite. All these were the rulers of the substance which was king David's.

தாவீதின் சிறிய தகப்பனாகிய யோனத்தான் என்னும் புத்தியும் படிப்புமுள்ள மனுஷன் ஆலோசனைக்காரனாயிருந்தான்; அக்மோனியின் குமாரன் யெகியேல் ராஜாவின் குமாரரோடிருந்தான்.

Also Jonathan David's uncle was a counsellor, a wise man, and a scribe: and Jehiel the son of Hachmoni was with the king's sons:

அகித்தோப்பேல் ராஜாவுக்கு ஆலோசனைக்காரனாயிருந்தான்; அர்கியனான ஊஷாயி ராஜாவின் தோழனாயிருந்தான்.

And Ahithophel was the king's counsellor: and Hushai the Archite was the king's companion:

பெனாயாவின் குமாரன் யோய்தாவும் அபியத்தாரும் அகித்தோப்பேலுக்கு உதவியாயிருந்தார்கள்; யோவாப் ராஜாவின் படைத்தலைவனாயிருந்தான்.

And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the general of the king's army was Joab.

சீக்கிரத்தில் சம்பவிக்கவேண்டியவைகளைத் தம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரருக்குக் காண்பிக்கும்பொருட்டு, தேவன் இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவுக்கு ஒப்புவித்ததும், இவர் தம்முடைய தூதனை அனுப்பி, தம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரனாகிய யோவானுக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தினதுமான விசேஷம்.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

இவன் தேவனுடைய வசனத்தைக்குறித்தும், இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவைப்பற்றிய சாட்சியைக்குறித்தும், தான் கண்ட யாவற்றையும் சாட்சியாக அறிவித்திருக்கிறான்.

Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

இந்தத் தீர்க்கதரிசன வசனங்களை வாசிக்கிறவனும், கேட்கிறவர்களும், இதில் எழுதியிருக்கிறவைகளைக் கைக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களும் பாக்கியவான்கள், காலம் சமீபமாயிருக்கிறது.

Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

யோவான் ஆசியாவிலுள்ள ஏழு சபைகளுக்கும் எழுதுகிறதாவது: இருக்கிறவரும் இருந்தவரும் வருகிறவருமானவராலும், அவருடைய சிங்காசனத்திற்கு முன்பாக இருக்கிற ஏழு ஆவிகளாலும்,

John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

உண்மையுள்ள சாட்சியும், மரித்தோரிலிருந்து முதற்பிறந்தவரும், பூமியின் ராஜாக்களுக்கு அதிபதியுமாகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினாலும் உங்களுக்குக் கிருபையும் சமாதானமும் உண்டாவதாக.

And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

நம்மிடத்தில் அன்புகூர்ந்து, தமது இரத்தத்தினாலே நம்முடைய பாவங்களற நம்மைக் கழுவி, தம்முடைய பிதாவாகிய தேவனுக்குமுன்பாக நம்மை ராஜாக்களும் ஆசாரியர்களுமாக்கின அவருக்கு மகிமையும் வல்லமையும் என்றென்றைக்கும் உண்டாயிருப்பதாக. ஆமென்.

And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

இதோ, மேகங்களுடனே வருகிறார்; கண்கள் யாவும் அவரைக் காணும், அவரைக் குத்தினவர்களும் அவரைக் காண்பார்கள்; பூமியின் கோத்திரத்தாரெல்லாரும் அவரைப் பார்த்துப் புலம்புவார்கள். அப்படியே ஆகும், ஆமென்.

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

இருக்கிறவரும் இருந்தவரும் வருகிறவருமாகிய சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தர்: நான் அல்பாவும், ஓமெகாவும், ஆதியும் அந்தமுமாயிருக்கிறேன் என்று திருவுளம்பற்றுகிறார்.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

உங்கள் சகோதரனும், இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினிமித்தம் வருகிற உபத்திரவத்திற்கும் அவருடைய ராஜ்யத்திற்கும் அவருடைய பொறுமைக்கும் உங்கள் உடன்பங்காளனுமாயிருக்கிற யோவானாகிய நான் தேவவசனத்தினிமித்தமும், இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவைப்பற்றிய சாட்சியினிமித்தமும், பத்மு என்னும் தீவிலே இருந்தேன்.

I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

கர்த்தருடைய நாளில் ஆவிக்குள்ளானேன்; அப்பொழுது எனக்குப் பின்னாலே எக்காளசத்தம்போன்ற பெரிதான ஒரு சத்தத்தைக் கேட்டேன்.

I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

அப்பொழுது என்னுடனே பேசின சத்தத்தைப் பார்க்கத் திரும்பினேன்; திரும்பினபோது, ஏழு பொன் குத்துவிளக்குகளையும்,

And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

அந்த ஏழு குத்துவிளக்குகளின் மத்தியிலே, நிலையங்கி, தரித்து, மார்பருகே பொற்கச்சை கட்டியிருந்த மனுஷகுமாரனுக்கொப்பானவரையும் கண்டேன்.

And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

அவருடைய சிரசும் மயிரும் வெண்பஞ்சைப்போலவும் உறைந்த மழையைப்போலவும் வெண்மையாயிருந்தது; அவருடைய கண்கள் அக்கினிஜூவாலையைப் போலிருந்தது;

His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

அவருடைய பாதங்கள் உலைக்களத்தில் காய்ந்த பிரகாசமான வெண்கலம் போலிருந்தது; அவருடைய சத்தம் பெருவெள்ளத்து இரைச்சலைப்போலிருந்தது.

And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

தமது வலதுகரத்திலே ஏழு நட்சத்திரங்களை ஏந்திக்கொண்டிருந்தார்; அவர் வாயிலிருந்து இருபுறமும் கருக்குள்ள பட்டயம் புறப்பட்டது; அவருடைய முகம் வல்லமையைப் பிரகாசிக்கிற சூரியனைப்போலிருந்தது.

And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

மரித்தேன், ஆனாலும், இதோ, சதாகாலங்களிலும் உயிரோடிருக்கிறேன், ஆமென்; நான் மரணத்திற்கும் பாதாளத்திற்குமுரிய திறவுகோல்களை உடையவராயிருக்கிறேன்.

I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

நீ கண்டவைகளையும் இருக்கிறவைகளையும், இவைகளுக்குப்பின்பு சம்பவிப்பவைகளையும் எழுது;

Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;

என் வலதுகரத்தில் நீ கண்ட ஏழு நட்சத்திரங்களின் இரகசியத்தையும், ஏழு பொன் குத்துவிளக்குகளின் இரகசியத்தையும் எழுது; அந்த ஏழு நட்சத்திரங்களும் ஏழு சபைகளின் தூதர்களாம்; நீ கண்ட ஏழு குத்துவிளக்குகளும் ஏழு சபைகளாம்.

The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.

வெளிப்படுத்தல் அத்தியாயம் 2

எபேசு சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவெனில்: ஏழு நட்சத்திரங்களைத் தம்முடைய வலதுகரத்தில் ஏந்திக்கொண்டு, ஏழு பொன் குத்துவிளக்குகளின் மத்தியிலே உலாவிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறவர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;

Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

உன் கிரியைகளையும், உன் பிரயாசத்தையும், உன் பொறுமையையும், நீ பொல்லாதவர்களைச் சகிக்கக்கூடாமலிருக்கிறதையும், அப்போஸ்தலரல்லாதவர்கள் தங்களை அப்போஸ்தலரென்று சொல்லுகிறதை நீ சோதித்து அவர்களைப் பொய்யரென்று கண்டறிந்ததையும்;

I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

நீ சகித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறதையும், பொறுமையாயிருக்கிறதையும், என் நாமத்தினிமித்தம் இளைப்படையாமல் பிரயாசப்பட்டதையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.

And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

ஆனாலும், நீ ஆதியில் கொண்டிருந்த அன்பை விட்டாய் என்று உன்பேரில் எனக்குக் குறை உண்டு.

Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

ஆகையால், நீ இன்ன நிலைமையிலிருந்து விழுந்தாயென்பதை நினைத்து, மனந்திரும்பி, ஆதியில் செய்த கிரியைகளைச் செய்வாயாக; இல்லாவிட்டால் நான் சீக்கிரமாய் உன்னிடத்தில் வந்து, நீ மனந்திரும்பாதபட்சத்தில், உன் விளக்குத்தண்டை அதனிடத்தினின்று நீக்கிவிடுவேன்.

Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

நான் வெறுக்கிற நிக்கொலாய் மதஸ்தரின் கிரியைகளை நீயும் வெறுக்கிறாய், இது உன்னிடத்திலுண்டு.

But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

சிமிர்னா சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவெனில்: முந்தினவரும் பிந்தினவரும், மரித்திருந்து பிழைத்தவருமானவர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;

And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

உன் கிரியைகளையும், உன் உபத்திரவத்தையும், நீ ஐசுவரியமுள்ளவனாயிருந்தும் உனக்கிருக்கிற தரித்திரத்தையும், தங்களை யூதரென்று சொல்லியும் யூதராயிராமல் சாத்தானுடைய கூட்டமாயிருக்கிறவர்கள் செய்யும் தூஷணத்தையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

நீ படப்போகிற பாடுகளைக்குறித்து எவ்வளவும் பயப்படாதே; இதோ, நீங்கள் சோதிக்கப்படும்பொருட்டாகப் பிசாசானவன் உங்களில் சிலரைக் காவலில் போடுவான்; பத்துநாள் உபத்திரவப்படுவீர்கள். ஆகிலும் நீ மரணபரியந்தம் உண்மையாயிரு, அப்பொழுது ஜீவகிரீடத்தை உனக்குத் தருவேன்.

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கக்கடவன்; ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவன் இரண்டாம் மரணத்தினால் சேதப்படுவதில்லை என்றெழுது.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

பெர்கமு சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவெனில்: இருபுறமும் கருக்குள்ள பட்டயத்தை உடையவர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;

And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

உன் கிரியைகளையும், சாத்தானுடைய சிங்காசனமிருக்கிற இடத்தில் நீ குடியிருக்கிறதையும், நீ என் நாமத்தைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறதையும், சாத்தான் குடிகொண்டிருக்கிற இடத்திலே உங்களுக்குள்ளே எனக்கு உண்மையுள்ள சாட்சியான அந்திப்பா என்பவன் கொல்லப்பட்ட நாட்களிலும் என்னைப் பற்றும் விசுவாசத்தை நீ மறுதலியாமலிருந்ததையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.

I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

நீ மனந்திரும்பு, இல்லாவிட்டால் நான் சீக்கிரமாய் உன்னிடத்தில் வந்து, என் வாயின் பட்டயத்தால் அவர்களோடே யுத்தம்பண்ணுவேன்.

Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கக்கடவன்; ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவனுக்கு நான் மறைவான மன்னாவைப் புசிக்கக்கொடுத்து, அவனுக்கு வெண்மையான குறிக்கல்லையும், அந்தக் கல்லின்மேல் எழுதப்பட்டதும் அதைப் பெறுகிறவனேயன்றி வேறொருவனும் அறியக்கூடாததுமாகிய புதிய நாமத்தையும் கொடுப்பேன் என்றெழுது.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

தியத்தீரா சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவெனில்: அக்கினிஜூவாலை போன்ற கண்களும், பிரகாசமான வெண்கலம்போன்ற பாதங்களுமுள்ள தேவகுமாரன் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;

And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

உன் கிரியைகளையும், உன் அன்பையும், உன் ஊழியத்தையும், உன் விசுவாசத்தையும், உன் பொறுமையையும், நீ முன்பு செய்த கிரியைகளிலும் பின்பு செய்த கிரியைகள் அதிகமாயிருக்கிறதையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.

I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

அவள் மனந்திரும்பும்படியாய் அவளுக்குத் தவணைகொடுத்தேன்; தன் வேசிமார்க்கத்தை விட்டு மனந்திரும்ப அவளுக்கு விருப்பமில்லை.

And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

இதோ, நான் அவளைக் கட்டில்கிடையாக்கி, அவளுடனே விபசாரஞ்செய்தவர்கள் தங்களுடைய கிரியைகளைவிட்டு மனந்திரும்பாவிட்டால் அவர்களையும் மிகுந்த உபத்திரவத்திலே தள்ளி,

Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

அவளுடைய பிள்ளைகளையும் கொல்லவே கொல்லுவேன்; அப்பொழுது நானே உள்ளிந்திரியங்களையும் இருதயங்களையும் ஆராய்கிறவரென்று எல்லாச் சபைகளும் அறிந்துகொள்ளும்; அன்றியும் உங்களில் ஒவ்வொருவனுக்கும் உங்கள் கிரியைகளின்படியே பலனளிப்பேன்.

And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

தியாத்தீராவிலே இந்தப் போதகத்தைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ளாமலும், சாத்தானுடைய ஆழங்கள் என்று அவர்கள் சொல்லுகிறார்களே, அந்த ஆழங்களை அறிந்துகொள்ளாமலுமிருக்கிற மற்றவர்களாகிய உங்களுக்கு நான் சொல்லுகிறதாவது; உங்கள்மேல் வேறொரு பாரத்தையும் சுமத்தமாட்டேன்.

But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

உங்களுக்குள்ளதை நான் வருமளவும் பற்றிக்கொண்டிருங்கள்.

But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

ஜெயங்கொண்டு முடிவுபரியந்தம் என் கிரியைகளைக் கைக்கொள்ளுகிறவனெவனோ அவனுக்கு நான் என் பிதாவினிடத்தில் அதிகாரம் பெற்றதுபோல, ஜாதிகள்மேல் அதிகாரம் கொடுப்பேன்.

And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

அவன் இருப்புக்கோலால் அவர்களை ஆளுவான்; அவர்கள் மண்பாண்டங்களைப்போல நொறுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.

And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

விடிவெள்ளி நட்சத்திரத்தையும் அவனுக்குக் கொடுப்பேன்.

And I will give him the morning star.

ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கக்கடவன் என்றெழுது.
